We just finished paying the application fees for my wife's brother and family. I believe the next step is to submit the DS-230 form(s) with supporting documentation. Question is: Where do we send it? To the embassy in Manila or the NVC here in the US? If the US, would it be better if they sent us the documents here in the US and we forwarded them to the NVC or they send them directly. Apparently we only have until March 1st to do this. Thanks
