Friend of mine is working for a company for a long time and she has filed her EAD and 485 on 1st of this month, she has the receipt numbers.
The problem now is that her company has been taken over by a different company in hostile manner few days ago and she is not sure if they will keep existing employees. What happens if they let her go at this time?? Will she have to leave US? What options does she have?
