I131- processing time for issue of biometric and reentry permit

Hallo

I want to plan my departure from USA to India.

Hence I want to know the approx. time of issue of biometric and finally, issue of reentry permit.

I want to plan to go to India in April/ May 2012.

I am in Virginia living with my son and shall file I131 at Dallas Lockbox.

Can I leave USA after biometric and instruct my son to mail I131 when received by him?

My events up to biometric are as follows:

1. Application mailed on feb 13th 2012.
2. Check debited on feb 23rd 2012.
3. Notice of action (i 797) received on feb 25th 2012.
4. Letter for biometric dated march 01st 2012 received on march 09th 2012.
5. The appointment for finger printing was for march 29th 2012 but we did walk in early on march 14th 2012.

In short, it seems that it takes 3 to 4 weeks to receive biometric appointment.

Now we are waiting for the approval of i-131.

I am preparing my application for reentry permit (form I-131) as well. Got a couple questions though:
1. What do I put in "Class of Admission" (Item 3, Part 1)?
2. Do I need to submit photos along with the application? I read the I-131 instructions from the USCIS website, but did not see such requirement for reentry permit applications.

Please advice. Thanks!
