Info needed on PP renewal

Hi, my kids PP has expired and need to renew it. she is 6yrs and it is her first PP and was issued for 5 yrs which now expired..when I am trying to fill the registration form online it is asking me to choose the "TYPE OF SERVICE DESIRED" with the following options...I do not know what to choose, pls help

Passport for children upto 15 yrs of age
Fresh Passport
Re-issue of passport

I am really confused which option to choose. it does not clearly explain as well.

You need to select the first option.
