PIO app question - Permanent Address in India

Hi,

I am a US citizen applying for a PIO card. My cancelled Indian passport has the permanent address listed as my current address in the US. I have lived at this address for 7 years. What should I put in response to Question 14(a) on the PIO application: "Permanent Address in India (verifiable)"?

Thank you for the prompt reply. For the same question (Permanent Address in India), how should I respond on my childrens' applications since both of them are born in the US?
