TN status as a flight instructor

I've been offered a job in the states as a flight instructor. I have all the required qualifications including a bachelor of science degree in aeronautics. The school I am trying to work for is an accredited university. Most of the teaching would be done in the airplane, with some 1 on 1 lessons on the ground. Would this count as being a university teacher to get the TN?
