OCI or PCO..which is better?
I am 75 yrs old, born in India for Indian Parents & naturalized as an US citizen in 1991.
I have been living in India taking care of a Siva temple at my village(Tamil Nadu, where I have a residence) & also serving as a faculty member at Amrita University, Physics Department (Kerala).
My US passport is currently getting renewed for 10 yrs till 2022, and my visa for India is due for renewal by the end of May 2012.
Pls advise me whether I should take up PIO or OCI & differences between the two for purposes of prolonged stay in India.
My sons are US- & Canada-born & are citizens of US. Can they qualify for OCI or PCO cards?
