Hi All,
At first I m explaining my situation.

In 2010 I got married and left for USA on H4 visa.After 1 year due to family reason I came back India and joined One MNC in india.Still then for 1 year I m in india working in MNC.My H4 is expired.Now if my Indian employer wants to send me US on deputation may be on L1,will I face any issue duirng L1 stamping? My husband is still US on H1B. what type of issue i can face during visa stamping.please let me now.

As long as you are qualified for L1 in all other aspects, I don't see any problems because of what you described here.
