i am on h1 & married and i have a kid. spouse on h4 not working. I came to US in feb'12. my salary is between 60K to 70k.
i would like to not give any expenses while i fill w-4. later i may claim while i file...

what would be my exemptions points? should i file as 'married separately' or 'married jointly'?
any suggestions welcome...
