Default H1 Transfer and extension at same time

    Hi,

My current H1 valid till 31 March 2012.

I got a offer from new employer and filed H1 transfer (extension) on 29th Feb or 1st Mar through Premium Processing. Meanwhile my current employer also filed H1 extension on March1st. Current emploer filed as regular processing.

Is there any issue with above scenario?

    TIA for your inputs

    Hi,

Now I would like to stick to current employer who already filed H1 extn thru regular processing though new employer processing H1 transfer (extn) thru premium.

Can you please comment if I will be having any issues with this?

No issues as long as you haven't started working for the new employer.
