Hello,
I am on student visa (F-1), extended OPT and employed. My OPT expires in Jan 2013. I got married last year (Dec 2011). We applied two times for my wife's visa (F-2) but both the times her visa was not approved.
I have read online that the consulates are willing to give visa but our case should be genuine. We are really not sure what documents we should include in our application so that they would be convinced. We can provide them any documents they are expecting but they did not mention anything and just gave her 214(B) letter.
My employer is going to file H1B for me this April (as soon as the CAP opens).
1. Will it be helpful to get a letter from the employer mentioning that they are going to file H1B for me?
2. What other documents should be attached along with the application for the next interview? (such as property)
