Can B1 of Company A, can be used for Company B?

Hi,

I have a valid B1 till 2018 from Company XXX and currently am not working in that company. Now, i have joined another company where i have to travel to US and have to attend some training and comeback. Now, i have following queries:

1. Can I use my current B1 and goto US with just an invitation letter from mt present company or i need to attend the interview once again?

2. My present company is also willing to apply H1B, can they apply H1B when am there US and if it gets selected am i eligible to convert my B1 as H1B and start working with the same company one whose B1 i have entered US.

1. If there is no annotation about company A, you can use that for company B also.
2. If you already have intention of H1 with the same company, you should not enter on B1.
