Travel under VWP after being refused a Visa

Hi there, I have recently returned from the US under the VWP. I returned because the three months was almost up. I decided to apply for a B2 visa while I was here. I got declined under section 214(b). I do not have strong enough ties to my home country(england). I reapplyed but I got refused again. Can I still travel back to the US under the VWP again, or is that gone now?

If you have ever been refused a US visa, you might have trouble. Contact the US embassy in London. Try applying for the ESTA too, and see if you're approved.
