old resident alien card for n-400

So after 24 years of being in this country I decided to start my naturalization process, my "green card" is from 1988 where it does not have the expiration date but has a photo of me when i was 2 years old; so my question is - can i use this for the n-400 or do i have to fill out the i-90 and get finger printed? Also if i do fill the i-90, i am just sending a cop of the i-90 application? thank you!!

How come you have a photo that was taken when you were 2 years old? Didn't you replace your green card once you turned 14? f you became a permanent resident before you were 14 years old, you have to replace your card when you become 14 years old.
