    Default Spouse/Fiance Visa Question

i am eligible to apply for citizenship in september this year and am getting married. Is it advisable to tell my fiance to obtain a tourist visa while my citizenship application is pending. Then she travels to US and we register our marriage in a US court after 2-3 months of her arrival, then apply for her sponsorship. With this she will not have to go back to her home country and can stay here since she has a pending application.
    Any advise will be helpful.

I would hesitate to take advice from a forum in this situation. Getting a tourist visa with the intent to immigrate is basically visa fraud so you need to proceed very carefully and not make one mis-step that could get your fiance/wife banned from the US. There are immigrant visas that are intended for properly getting your spouse permanent residency in the US.
