    Default Oci vs pio

    Hi
I have US born son (2yrs old)
Now I have some doubts oci vs pio
I am a Indian Passport with Green Card
My wife is Former Indian Passport and now USA Passport
My son is only US Passport

SO IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN APPLY FOR OCI CARD FOR MY SON? As its validity is life long so

Anyone has knowledge please reply me.

    Thank you

You can apply for an OCI card for your son. Go to Travisa Outsourcing and you will find complete details on how to apply. Just so you know with Travisa handling the process and also seemingly streamlined process at Indian Embassies and MHA Delhi the process has speeded up a lot now.

Personally I got my OCI card in 29 days and my minor daughter got in 28 days. Both recent cases.
