Angry Between a rock and a hard place

First off excuse me if I placed this thread in the wrong section i am not sure where to ask for advice about my situation.
I was brought into the country when i was 5 years old by USA citizen. They used someone else documentation to get me into country. I am from jamaica originally.
They did not adopt me. Never filed for anything for me to adjust my status. I learned of my status in High school when i wanted to get a part time job.

I was lied to and told that I would have my SSN by graduation and everything would be ok. That was a lie I am currently 26 years old a few months shy of being 27. My "family" has scared me into coming forward because they want to protect themselves. They have hired bogus attorneys that have dug me into a deeper hole

I called USCIS who told me i could file for a protective visa for child trafficking, but when i looked up that information that is for sex and hard labor. does not apply to me.

currently my "grandfather" hired an attorney who is trying to get me into proceedings to eventually file for "cancellation of removal". how truthful that is I dont know becasue my grandfather cannot be trusted he is only "helping" me to keep his son safe.

How fair is it that USCIS has no options for those who are smuggled over by US citizens i am the only illegal person in my family and none of it is my fault.

Is there any way i can obtain any form of work authorization? I can not continue to live like this! and if i go to USCIS to explain will i get help or just be worse off?

I heard similar to your story on local news. Kid was illegally brought to US when we was 5 or so by his mother. Now he is 18 and facing deportation.
From what they report - there is nothing you can do to legalize your status. You can try search their web site for more details http://www.q13fox.com

thank you for your response. you said that this person was brought here by his mother. the thing is i was brought in by a united states citizen( not my biological mother) i am the only one in my family that is illegal. the ones responsible for bringing me here did nothing to help my status
