I864 petitioner income insufficient

My husband is my petitioner but his income is below the poverty line requirements. My father in law will be the only joint sponsor.

Questions relating to my Husbands I 864

Part 1 Does he only tick a and leave b- f blank?
Part 3 no 8 Does he tick 'I am sponsoring the immigrant named in part 2 which is myself.
I think he must tick this eventhough he does not have sufficient income. Is that correct?

Part 3 no 8 Does he tick Yes or no or leave blank( taking into consideration that my father in law will be the only joint sponsor)
