Hello,

here is the situation,

candidate is working wiht emp A from past 3-4 months in usa
and have all pay stubs till now and planning to transfer job to other employer

for example if new petetion approved on 1 april 2012
can he work for old employer after 1 april2012 or need to quit old employer
and join new employer
can he continue to work with old employer till end of april 2012 and join new employer
(if new employer is ok with that)

No issues. You can continue to work for the current employer after the H1B transfer. But, once you start working for the new employer, you cannot go back to the old employer unless a H1B transfer is filed back to the old employer or alternatively you can leave the country and return back with the old employer's petition.
