Default Visitor Visa Extension - Required Documents (i134 - affidavit of support)

Hello all, am trying to apply for an extension for my in-laws and as part of the necessary documentation, is it required to submit another i134 - affidavit of support? I had submitted one at the time of requesting their original 10 year Visa but not sure if I need to submit yet again while applying for the visitor visa extension

Default Visa Extension for parents- financial assistance forms

    Hi
My parents have 10 years multiple entry visa and they are in US now with my sister and complete their 6 months stay by Oct 1st week.
I am a student on F1 and would like to apply for their extension for my graduation. So, I was wondering if I need to re-file all the financial documents as done during their visa application or just need to show my bank statements.
    Please let me know.

    Thank you,

Default Visitor visa extension- no decision yet from USCIS

    Hi,

We applied for visitor visa extension for my parents. Their I94 will expire soon and they did not receive any notification from the USCIS regarding the decision of extension. So, I was confused whether they can stay when their case is still pending even if their I94 expires?
Please help as I would like to decide their stay asap.

    Thanks,
    KM
