What is the reason companies look for OPT/CPT to sponsor H1b?

Hi,

I'm currently on E2 visa and looking for a H1b sponsor with my Bachelor's degree in Computer Science that I got last December. And I found out that a lot of companies look for OPT/CPT to sponsor.

So I'm wondering if there is any special benefit for companies to sponsor OPT/CPT instead of sponsoring other type of visa such as E2?
