I am currently under L1 visa which is going to expire and my employer is now applying for H1B. Also some kind of GC process has been started for me. Prevailing wae and recruitment process has finalized. My employer is about to file for Labor certificate now. A month ago i changed my role in the same company and my new role qualified for eb2 unlike my old role which qualified only for eb3.
1. what would be teh best way to continue from here?
2. should my employer file for labor certificate with the old job description or they can do with the new one?
3. if they want to get to eb2 would i need to start over the prevailing wage and recruitment using the new job description?
