Documents required for F1 to H4 COS

Hello all,

I need to change my status from F1 to H4 dependent. I did e-file my application last week. Now I need to know what supporting documents should I send in to USCIS to process my COS?

Please someone advice me on this.

Proof of current status - I-94 copy both sides, I-20 copy, SEVIS fee receipt copy, passport copy and optionally a letter from school stating that you were maintaining full-time student status.
Proof of requested future status - Spouse's passport copy, I-94 copy, Visa copy if any, H1 petitition approval notice copy, last 2 paystubs, marriage certificate copy.
Add a cover letter explaining everything.
