Help needed for filing H1B

I want to file for a H1B visa in the position of a manager (average salary 90K) with a company whose details are as follows:

- Company headquatered abroad and has sales and marketing division in usa
- It is established in USA in 2008 and is US incorporated (e-verified and has IRS Tax ID number)
- Its annual turnover is about half a million
- Number of full-time employees are 2

Please guide me on my chances of getting a H1B visa approved with this company.

No one can predict whether you will get the H1B approved or not. It depends on a lot of factors. Search and read the posts on 221g / admin processing. Since it is a small start up company, the chances of admin processing is more.
