    Part # 8 of N-400: Date your wife become citizen... I am not sure about the exjact date. What should I do? My wife is not giving that information. I Have my Green card for 5 plus years. Please let me know.

    Are you divorced? If yes and you cannot get the date after all your tries, you could put an estimate date and write in parentheses Estimate.

    I am not divorced. We are living together. Yet I would not get that information from her.

    That's tricky. She is not showing you her naturalization certificate???

    No she is not showing it to me. It is kinds tricky situation. I guess I need to wait for a while or I can consult a lawer...

    Yes. There should be a record when she went to her oath ceremony. Definitely consult a lawyer if this situation continues to go on.

    that field can be marked as unknown per the lawyer..
