    If i win the lottery and later get disqualified.Can i still visit the United States on a travel visa or the disqualification for a Green Card will cause me trouble visiting?I dont think so because it is two different things but i still want to ask if anyone knows

    Yes you can still go on a tourist visa. It doesn't matter if you were disqualified from the DV Lottery
