Post Wage offered is more than advertisement, but ad salary= Prevaling wage

    Hi,

I had a random audit for my PERM application and they asked for the recruitment process.

While reviewing the documents for audit i saw a problem; the wage offered box in PERM had an amount equal to my salary however the ads had amount equal to the prevailing wage. The Notice of Filing does have the right amount in it i.e. the wage offered. Can this be a potential issue?

I dont understand how you got hold of your audit documents. This step has to be done by the employer. PERM is employers resonsibility and you should not be involved for the most part.

Anyway, since your current wage is higher than the prevailing wage, no issues there.
