Hello,
I have to renew my passport soon and have a few questions:
1) CGISF website states that I am required to submit a photocopy of the first 5 and last 2 pages of the current passport. Should all these pages (individually) be notarized or is one notary stamp sufficient for the entire passport? Notaries where I reside charge $10 per stamp, hence the query.
2) Should I get my photocopies notarized before filling out the application or after? The online application generates some date and I was wondering if the date on the notarized stamps must be after the generated date.
3) Is it mandatory to add one's spouse's name?
