I have a question about Notice of Posting I am hoping you can answer for me.
During the recruitment process, My Company failed to post a notice of the same at a physical location at the workplace fro 10 days. Is this mandatory?
The HR has completed advertisements and recruitment. They have not yet filed for Labor. If the above is mandatory, can we still post the notice – What kind of documentation should we collect for the same?
