Default Parents visa B2 of H4 daughter studying

I am on a H4 visa for last 4 years
My parents visa was rejected last time before 2 years
i am reapplying for their B2
I am doing a part time certificate with university, I want them to attend certificate award ceremony
should I tell my parents to mention this during the interview?
some posts say if one is studying on H4 they should not say that.

Yes, they should not say that.
Your husband can sponsor them just to visit you people.

Also , the outcome depends on what was the reason for denial 2 years ago.
