Hello,
I have an approved H1B petition from company A (sponsor) but not stamped yet. I would like to transfer this to company B. But I havent travelled even once using my H1B. It is a fresh petition. Is a transfer possible at this stage or is there a minium period for which I should serve company A before I transfer to company B. Please advise.

A transfer is possible as long as you have a copy of the H1B approval notice or at least the receipt number.
