My Perm is Filed with PD = September 09 2011.

Received Random audit and response sent by December 2 week 2011.

Its already been 9 Months Now since I filed my Perm.

As Per ICERT Rules...When can my Attorney be eligible to Email Atlanta processing center directly for Status of my Perm Application ???
