Pls if you do any job on your own after your temporal job authorisation permit expired, is your own job considered illegal or unauthorized or is that one ok. The job my mom did on her own was to buy used clothes and export it back home for sales. She however payed and filed all her taxes here in the USA after her stay and job permit expired.
Since she is not suppose to work after her temporal work permit expired, i want to know if it is ok to put self employed for a job she did on her own on the G-325A form to file for her I-485. I am the son who is a citizen who wants to file for my mom who is here in the USA and overstayed her visa for 6 years.
