Hi - My cousin has been working in US for past 5 years in L1 and currently moving to another company. The company has agreed to apply H1 but she has only 1 more year to work as she will be completing 6 years in US. Can the company apply for H1 and GC at the sametime? or is there any requirement/preference like minimum number of years in H1 or with the company which applies GC ? Thank you.
