Message on status of my mom's application says the following message after submitting an RFE. What does it mean to me. Does any one know if this is normal and sign of anything for moving forward. Please share any experience.

"Petition (1-130 and I-485) to another office for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow any instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made"
