My H1b LCA is out of Virginia, while my Perm LCA and prewailing wage determination are out of Connecticut. My lawyer says no need to file for any H1B/LCA Amendment, just need a CT address to file the Perm. Is it a good decision (I gues they made a mistake)..or do I need to file an H1B/LCA Amendment. My Perm will be filed on this month...and I am in my 6th year of H1B.
and yeah I do telecommuting from VA
Please any thoughts.
