    Smile H1b 6 Years only

    Dear Forum,
How are you doing? I am on H1b Visa now and finishing my fourth year on it by June 15, 2012. I will be starting my nephrology fellowship on July 1st 2012 and it is a two year program so I will be done by June 30Th 2014. But My visa will be done by June15, 2014. How can I adjust the last 2 weeks then. Please guide me in this issue. Thanks, Raghavesh

When is your current H1B I-94 expiring? On what status are you planning to do nephrology fellowship? If it is on F1, then have you filed a COS from H1B to F1. Did the approval come with a new I-94? What is the effective date of that I-94 and when is it expiring?
