On H4 Visa - Didn't mention experience on DS160 - Applying for H1B

Hi,

My wife is on H4 visa. When I filled DS160 for her, I didn't mention her experience. Now I am planning to apply H1B visa for her. Will it be a problem if I mention that she has two years experience while applying for H1B?

It is difficult to predict if that will affect. But always remember, any misrepresentation discovered at any stage can cause permanent ban. Always be truthful and don't hide anything on all immigration forms. Specifically in this case, there was absolutely no reason to hide anything.
