Hi
1. I am working for Company X and came on a L1 on may 20 of 2005. and i got my I-94 till may 2008..
Now my company X wants to cancel my L1 and wants me to come back to India.. CO x will cancel my L1 on AUG 15
2. I have applied for H1 - B from company Y and I will get my Lin# for the H1 by AUG 10
Is it possible for me to stay on this Lin #

Urgent Help -L1 will be cancelled, and If i have H1 Lin will i be able to stay in usa
