I have Valid visa for another 3 weeks and yet to book an appointment for B2 Visa for my in-laws but i have valid I-94 for 3 months after my visa expires. Please let me know how long will it take to get an appointment and will they give Visa with I-94 is valid consider everything else is fine.

That's fine. Your parents can apply for their B2 Visa and you can pay for their trip.
