I am resident of state Orissa in India. Currently state Orissa came under US consulate Hyderabad in Immehelp website. But I want to choose US consulate Kolkatta during scheduling for L1 visa interview in english in VFS website. Is there will be any problem?

No issues. You are allowed to attend the visa interview at any U.S consulate in India.
