Group medical insurance for young students

We are running a school in Haiti, and regularly have minors, ages 12-17, traveling to the U.S. for 1-3 months. They are the top students in their grade have won this "Reward Trip" by their good grades and behavior. They travel with the director of the school and are hosted by U.S. families for their short stay. The web page for the American Diplomat medical insurance seems to indicate that it is available only for people age 18 and older. Is there any way we could purchase this policy for our younger students?

Thank you for your prompt reply. Unfortunately, the policies presented on the link below, are only for groups of 5 or more. We have groups of 2 or 4. Is there anything more individual for a young, foreign student (age 12-16) visiting the U.S. on a B1/B2 visa?
