Default J1 visa minimum insurance coverage

my J1 visa minimum coverage asks another 3 requirements except those listed on your website: http://www.insubuy.com/guide/exchang...-insurance.jsp. they are:
1. a co-payment not greater than 25%;
2. a waiting period for pre-existing conditions that is reasonable by the current industry standards;
3. coverage for activities inherent to the exchange program.

Can I have those 3 also? and could you give a quotation intotal? I will be in the states at 2nd of Aug. Please contact me, email or call, thank you very much!!

Hello,

You can look at Patriot Exchange Program at http://www.insubuy.com/j1-visa-insurance.jsp

1. There is no coinsurance. Therefore, it is fine.
2. It does not have the waiting period for pre-existing conditions but it has exclusion for pre-existing conditions that is reasonabe by the current industry standards.
3. That is fine.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

You can put any address you like. It does not have to be US address.

If you must put US address, you can use mine

Insubuy, Inc
4700 Dexter Dr, Suite 100
Plano, TX 75093
USA

And you give me your address in the email and I will forward the paperwork to your address once I receive it.

Sorry to disturb you agaun, I got another question. I go through my letter from my sponsor while I was waiting for your reply. It was said that ' the insurance policy must be underwritten by an insurance corporation that meets the rating requirements of the DOS or is backed by the full faith and credit of the Exchange Visitor's government' and 'proof of this accreditation must be presented'. Will I receive this kind of proof when I successful purchase the J1 Medical insurance along with complete documentation?

and in the letter it asks that the Medical benefits NO LESS THAN $50,000 pre accident or illness. In your poduct, all the plans provide Policy Maximum: $50,000 or $100,00.... If I want to meet the requir in the letter, which one shall I choose? $100,000? just a little bit comfused....

Thank you very much for your help

Best regards,

Sirius’ ratings meet the ratings requirement for his visa. (If you are still looking at the Patriot Exchange, you can take either the $50,000 or $100,000.) You can request a confirmation of coverage letter from us, which also includes Sirius’ rating.
