Default Fiancee Visa denied and being sent back to USCIS

Hello All,
Need URGENT HELP PLEASE!
Yesterday, the US consulate New Delhi returned the passport of my Fiancee without issuing the visa -- stating that the documents we had submited do not establish the relationship between us. Also, they have stated that the original petition (valid for 4 months) has now expired. I had emailed the consulate several times to extend the validity of the original petition and had talked to a lady on the phone who told me not to worry about it.
Please advice me what should I do -- they are sending my case back to the USCIS. I plan to leave for India next week -- is there anything I can do before my case is sent back?
Thank you!

Wht happened at the interview? Wht did they say then? Did u provide enough docs to prove your ongoing relationship? Pls share details. Not sure if contacting the Congressmen would help. You can give it a shot. Sorry to hear this, I know how annoying it is.

Default your visa

Sounds like you did not submit proper documentation to estalbish your relationship. Have you met her personally within the past 2 years? Anyways, at this point you will need to appeal the decision. I suggest you hire an immigration attorney to see you through the process. Godd luck and God bless.

seems there is alot of people being denied of late, mainly because of not filling out the paperwork properly,

Are people forgetting that they are applying to one of the biggest bureaucratic systems in the world ???

You can just refile. This issue is coming up a lot. Although it is unfair, there is not much else to do. If you are considering marrying, you can file a K-3 instead. They have been just as fast as K-1s lately.
