Default Re-applying for Citizenship - process time

Hello All,

For a reason, last December I had to re-apply for my citizenship. My concern is, even after 2 months since applied I haven't received a finger-print call letter when I should have received it in 20-25 days of applying. I am not sure who to call and how to make sure if something is wrong with my file and Why is it taking so long. My neighbours just applied on Jan 15th and they have got their fingerprints call.

Is there a chance that they have lost my file?

As a second time applicant Is it normal that it's taking longer in my case then any other first time applicant?

If not, can anyone suggest me a help source or information source for my case?

I am lost, please help.

I will appreciate even a small suggestion.

Thank you
Binni
