Educated Guess on the movement of EB3 Dates India

Can anyone please post their Educated Guess/opinion/quotes et al on the movement of EB3 Dates for India(whether the Eb3 PD dates will become current or not in the near future) after S2045 becoming a law

We are 4 friends in the same situation.

We got our EB3 I-140's ( AOS ) approved and our PD's are not current. ( All PD's prior to 11/01/1999 )

--Can we expect the 11/01/1999 PD to become current in December ??

--Once the PD's are current how long will it take
to get GreenCards if we apply for I-824 ?

Any educated guess will give us a basic Idea of the process in light of the new bill.

My EB3 PD is 10/01/99 and my Case reached NVC after approval of I-824.

NVC Automated message ( changed today ) says my Case is Current and a packet of forms is sent to the attorney on record.

Does that mean Eb3 pds are moving ?????

I dont know if they are really moving.

But my EB3 PD is 10/99 and I got a Case# @ NVC.

My EB3 case at NVC (PD sEPT 16,1999) is current as per NVC automated message today? It was not current when i checked a couple of weekes back? Mine is a direct CP case. Does this mean the PD's are going to be current for March?
