Hi folks
1. I could not find a link to a citizenship guide here. Can you show me where that is? 2. I just relocated from Texas to Michigan and am in temp housing for the next six months (end in March). I am lilkely to move to a "house" after that. The 90 day rule allows me to apply for citizenship around June. If I do so, I will be in the state for more than 9 months or so but would be at the new address for just over 2 months. Is that OK or does the address have to be more than 3 months old? 3. What proof do I need to give that I have been in the new state for over 6 months. Will they go by when I signed the lease and started paying for utilities or would that be when I get my new driver's license or??? 4. We are planning to go on a vacation to India (combining it with a very possible business trip) in Feb/March. I will be back soon but my family might stay there for 2 more months. When my wife gets back sometime in June she would have stayed there for about 60 to 70 days. She has lived here in the US for greater than 4 years now and would be going back for the first time. Would that be OK ? Thanks in advance |

1. Read http://www.immihelp.com/citizenship/
2. You have to live in the state for 3 months from where you apply. 3. Those are good enough proofs. 4. Ok. Read http://www.immihelp.com/citizenship/...igibility.html
