Will CA tresspass chardge affect my citizenship.

I am from Australia. I have been charged with trespassing in CA. This is a misdemeanour but which is not a crime of moral turpitude. I am so tensed up. Will it affect my citizenship process? Will I get deported? Please advise.

CA PENAL CODE SECTION 602(l) [occupation]
prohibits the entry and occupation of any real property whether open to the public or not without the consent of the owner, owner's agent, or person in lawful possession. Under this section, the property must be occupied for some period of time.

Please help me out..I need your valuable advice. I am spending sleepless nights now. I am waiting for your responses.
