Default Family & Employment based GC processing

Hello,

I have a question on filing of GC. Currently i am on company sponsored H-1 and company has also filled for my GC and its in 1st stage since filled in Aug 2003. I am in Texas.

My wife who was on GC(even before marriage) and recently completed 5 yrs this month, filed for her Citizenship. My question is can i file I-130 for Family based GC now ? or should i wait till she gets her citizenship and then file through her.

If i file through her now do i need to cancel my company processing or let it run in parallel.

I am not very optimistic about getting GC through company even though they are trying their best.

Welcome everyone's inputs and suggestions.

UVS

She can file your I-130 only after she becomes US citizen.

Let both the greencard processes run in parallel.
