Sponsoring Parents and Sisters

I became citizen yesterday, and wondering about:

1. Both for parents and Sisters, I have heard that until the GC is completely processed, they will not be able to visit. In sisters' case, that could be a problem since it could take 12-13 yrs. They do have 10 yr Visitor visa though.

2. On sisters' app, can their husbands and kids (about 10 yrs old) name go on the same app? (does husband get the GC at the same time as my sis does?)

3. Since by the time sisters' GC is approved, the kids would be older than 18, does it mean they won't get the GC with the sisters?

1. If they already have visa, they can visit.

2. Yes.

3. That's not a problem. They changed the rule in 2001. Kids must be below 18 at the time of initial application.
